HTE Northeast, Inc. (HTE) provides professional underwater inspection and engineering services to commercial and industrial entities, contractors, other engineering firms, and to public agencies charged with the maintenance and repair of bridges, dams, reservoirs, waste tanks and related hydraulic structures. HTE
possess a wealth of underwater diving experience which includes professional
underwater inspections, documentation, report preparation, development
of plans and specifications and construction inspection. These services
are performed by or under the supervision of registered professional
engineers who are also certified divers.HTE has established an exemplary safety record in our inspection work. We have never sustained a diving accident as a consequence of our meticulous planning, preparation and personnel training. One member on each dive team is fully certified by the American Red Cross in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aide, and has fulfilled all training requirements of 29 CFR Part 1910 - Commercial Diving Operations. A project specific "Safe Practices Manual" as required by 29 CFR 1910.420 is prepared for each project location as required. HTE has performed numerous underwater engineering, inspection and design services. |
