TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
    Landfill Closures
    Performance of landfill closure investigations. Design of clay and HDPE barrier landfill closures including drainage design, detention ponds, gas and groundwater cutoff trenches, road crossings and steep slope mitigation. Preparation of regulatory agency submittals, closure documents, bid and contract documents, contract drawings, and final closure reports. Performance of day to day construction oversight, inspections and contractor coordination. Review of contractor submittals and change orders.
    Geotechnical
    Performance and reporting of geotechnical investigations for foundation and pavement support, slope stability, soil permeability and settlement analyses. Design of foundation and pavement support methodologies, pile foundations, foundation underpinning, retaining walls, soil reinforcement and slope stabilizations.
    Hydrogeologic
    Performance of dam assessments and investigations and hydrogoelogic investigations and evaluations. Design of rehabilitation and construction of earth embankment and concrete dams. Design of road culverts, drainage structures, channels and embankment stabilization.
    Environmental
    Design, planning, construction and maintenance of various remediation systems including pump & treat, air sparging, soil venting, dual phase extraction, product recovery, and bioremediation. Observation and inspection of monitor well installation, soil borings, test pits, UST removal, soil removal; and magnetic surveys. Performance of hazardous waste consolidation and removal, pilot tests and soil vapor surveys.
    Site/Structural
    Performance of field inspections of soil, concrete, asphalt, pile driving and structural steel. Oversight of various commercial, industrial and environmental projects.
